Stress/anxiety test

When we are under duress or in a stressful situation our ability to control our actions is diminished. With this assessment, we aim to help you identify how high your anxiety levels are and which part of your daily life is affected. This questionnaire has two results. Firstly, a general score around anxiety, and secondly, the impact of it on executive functions.
This should give you an indication of how stressful your life is currently, what parts of your life it affects and to what degree.

Are we what be do? Is what other see the real us? Well we need to start somewhere with our journey of discovery.
No matter what you believe about behaviour we take a specific approach. What we do is what our environment allows us or what we have been conditioned to do. So that can change. Who you are is a bit harder.

Empathy

Empathy has three aspects; Cognitive Empathy, Affective Empathy and Compassionate Empathy. What are the relationships between these aspects? How does this drive, not only our interaction with others, but also our creativity and even innovation in our teams?
This assessment is geared at finding out your ability to see how others feel. It is one of the core elements that drive our behaviour in connecting to people. This ability can be developed, so no matter the score there are interventions to improve it even. Relax and give it a go.

Motivation

What drives us? Most often it is the thing that when we do them we derive enjoyment from. Even if multiple people do a similar task they enjoy, the reasons for the enjoyment may differ. What Drives you? What motivates you? What do you enjoy doing.

Relating to others

We build up relationship systems during our lifetime. Some things are triggers , some are habits and others are hidden below the surface.
